Standard Rate: You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival (until 3:00 PM the day before arrival). For cancellations made later, we will charge the first night of your stay.

Non-Refundable Rate: Payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

We are happy to provide a baby cot free of charge upon request. We have 4 baby cots at the Guesthouse.

We will be happy to prepare an extra bed for a child aged 2 to 12 for CHF 25.00 per night. Not all room categories have space for an extra bed, so it is only possible on request. We have four extra beds at the Guesthouse.

Check-in: from 3PM
Check-out: until 11AM

We’re at the Guesthouse until 4:30PM. If you arrive later, there will be a simple Self Check-in Machine in front of the Guesthouse entrance. Kindly note that following informations are required to do the check in: reservation name and confirmation number. After completing the check in process including payment, you will receive the room key, which also works for the main entrance door.

We are back at the Guesthouse from 8AM in the morning. Please pass by our office if you have any questions about your stay or the surrounding area. We’re happy to be here for you!

Your room will be ready from 3 PM. You are welcome to come by earlier to take care of the formalities and drop off your luggage.
